Please Try My Page Steps Entry (10/24/2022)


Thank you for your participation in WC2022.
After you have registered your participation, you can enter your step count from My Page during Octover.
Please access “My Page” and try entering your step count once.

In particular, if you are participating with the “Health Diary” smartphone app,
please check once if the linkage is working.
By launching the “Health Diary” application on your smartphone,
you will be able to upload your steps on your “My Page” .
“My Page” will reflect the number of steps you have taken
since October 1 up to the point when the app is launched.
Details are listed at the bottom of this section.



On November 1, all step count data up to October 31 will be deleted from My Page.

The following are the details of the confirmation of the linkage with the health diary

Confirmation procedure:

1.Walk around with the smartphone that is linked to the health diary app.
2.Launch the Health Diary application (you can exit the application after launching it).
3.Log in to “My Page” and tap (or click) the “Record Steps” button.

Then, your step count record from October 1 to that point will be displayed day by day.
(Reference) How can I “Link with Apps” (automatically send my step count from the “Health Diary” app)?
(Reference) When will the step count be automatically sent from the “Health Diary” application when the “Link to App” is enabled?
(Reference) I would like to check the number of steps registered.

If the number of steps is not displayed correctly on the “Steps Record” page of ” My Page
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check the following.
(Reference) The number of steps is not measured in the “Health Diary” application.
(Reference) I am not sure if the “Link with Apps” is set correctly.
(For Android devices, please check if the number of steps is recorded in the health care application (Google Fit for Android devices).
(Please set the health care app to record the number of steps first.)

Please note that some devices may not be able to use the app due to their environment or settings.
In this case, please use “Other Pedometer” and enter the information manually in “My Page”.
Once you change the “Counting Method” to “Other Pedometer,” you will not be able to return to the “Health Diary App.
